Go with this place. My dentist Jayshree Sawhney was personable, instantly put me at ease, checked on me regularly throughout my dental procedure (an old filling fell out), and I didn’t feel a thing. Probably the best dental experience I’ve ever had.

Dr. Ben has been especially wonderful to work with — patient, attentive, and incredibly thorough. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. We absolutely love it here! The Cranford office is beautiful—clean, modern, and always well maintained. Monica, the dental hygienist, is truly the best! She’s incredibly thorough, gentle, and has impeccable bedside manner. Dr. Sawhney is by far the sweetest and most caring dentist I’ve ever met. She really listens, explains everything clearly, and offers thoughtful advice in the kindest way. I’ve never had a dentist like her before! My four children adore her and actually look forward to their visits. Recently, two of my kids saw Dr. Patel, and she was just as wonderful—so patient, gentle, and professional. We couldn’t ask for a better dental team. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and truly exceptional dental experience!

This was my first time at Cranford Dental Arts, although there was a bit of a wait, I was very pleased with the service. The office staff was very friendly and courteous. One of the young ladies added time to my parking meter, That is costumer service at it's best! I met Monica, the hygienist and she was kind and considerate, made sure that I was as comfortable as possible. She explained everything that she was going to do. The doctor was thorough on her assessment and also explained everything as it was happening. It was a very positive experience and I'm happy I chose them as my new dental provider.
